Community Support

The Front Porch Cafe is a story that began in 2008 when several people got together to look at ways to serve the community.  Ellsworth was in great need of a "heartbeat" a gathering spot for people to meet, enjoy conversation, fellowship, and good food.

We could not exist without the help and support of community members and the many volunteers that spend countless hours keeping the doors open.  We rely on our volunteers and a few paid staff members to do it all.  We depend on your support to continue doing what we do.

We continue to foster our community support by providing a meeting place for businesses and events.  We use locally produced and locally grown foods whenever possible.  We also partner with local businesses through our Cookie Ministry which helps raise money for the local food pantry.
